What you’ll do
Join activist and author Joshua Virasami for a tour of the ‘Joy’ exhibition. You’ll hear his personal views and insights into the exhibition and have the opportunity to ask questions.
About your guide
Joshua Virasami is a London-born artist, writer and political organiser involved in various movements including Occupy and Black Lives Matter. Joshua uses writing, film, music and direct action to educate, agitate and organise toward social change. As well as being a political activist in the UK, he has spent time learning from movements in Balochistan, Kurdistan, Mauritius and many other countries around the world. He is the author of ‘How to Change It: Make a Difference’ (2020) with #Merky Books.

We’ll meet at the Information Point, which is on level 0, directly in front of you as you enter Wellcome Collection.
