When brilliant photographer and cider supremo Bill Bradshaw contacted me to propose working together, we soon discovered that there was no world guide to cider - weird, when you think how many there are for wine and beer. When we started researching it, we found out why.

This book took us both around the world, often together, sometimes splitting up to cover more ground. It was a riot, that saw us making many friends along the way, and discovering there was even more to cider than either of us had expected.

In this session we'll be talking about our time researching the book and how the global cider scene has evolved since it ws published. We'll also be showing some of Bill's wonderful photography, followed by a Q&A and general discussion.
