NCT Kensington and Chelsea, together with the national music charity Making Music, is running an interactive performance workshop of Prokofiev’s musical story Peter and the Wolf for children aged two to five years. The workshop is sponsored by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Arts Grant.
Come along for an hour of fun and interactive learning about the world of classical music and orchestral instruments based on this favourite children’s story. Facilitated by a storyteller, the children and adults will fully participate in the action. Each child will also get his/her own maraca as a gift to rattle and shake, kindly donated by the Little London Music School.
When: Saturday 9 March, 10:00-11:00
Where: St John’s Notting Hill, Lansdowne Crescent, W11 2NN
Age: 2-5 years. We regret that, due to the interactive nature of this programme, children under the age of two will not be allowed to participate.
