PETZL Night Run (mixed event)

Kick-off the weekend with a torch-lit blast on Cow Hill, located directly above Fort William town! This is an open, all-abilities guided run with demo headtorches supplied by Petzl. A Petzl rep will be joining us on the run to answer all your questions on products and show you how to get the best out of your headlamp.

It's going to be chilly and muddy, and yes....dark.

We're going to make a spectacle of ourselves finishing down Fort William high street and arrive (covered in mud of course)!

We ask that you bring a head torch with you but we will also have a range of Petzl products for you to try out - so swap them around and see which you like best. Also bring grip - this ain't no road-shoes rodeo!

Please don't worry about your pace though - fast or slow, everyone is welcome. Our run guides are mountain leader qualified and will look after you. This guided run is an Explorer Event in the Fort William Mountain Festival - see the full programme here!

*Please note we are expecting wintery weather. The event will go ahead in rain, wind and snow, unless it is unsafe to do so. If cancelled, you will be notified in advance by email. We will send you out a kit list one week before the festival.
