About Us

We are proud to offer an Accredited Phlebotomy (Venepuncture) & Simulated Practice Train the Trainer Course delivered in small, focused groups at our training centre in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Passion4Training is an award-winning and accredited training provider, recognised for excellence in staff training and development. Our commitment to quality means we limit each session to just four learners, ensuring personalised guidance, extensive practical opportunities, and a supportive learning environment led by an Experienced Phlebotomy Trainer.

Our Approved Train the Trainer course is delivered by healthcare professionals with years of hands-on experience. They offer both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to teach phlebotomy effectively, and they’re available throughout your training to support and answer questions.

We are proud to support future trainers in becoming confident, competent educators in phlebotomy. This course ensures that our Approved Trainers are fully prepared to deliver high-quality training in their own healthcare settings.

Our training covers both venepuncture (puncturing the vein) and phlebotomy (collecting blood), as these two components are essential and closely linked in practice.
