Social media and smart phones are now an indelible part of most young people, and indeed adult’s, lives. Taking a zero-tolerance approach is generally neither effective nor realistic, so how do we set healthy boundaries? In this talk, Natasha will share simple tips for creating a harmonious relationship with tech, setting digital boundaries and having effective conversations.
