Phonics Parent Workshop

Overview
Join us for a fun workshop where you'll learn all about phonics and how to support your child's reading journey!
We’d like to warmly invite all our new Reception parents, as well as any Year 1 parents who were unable to attend last year, to our Phonics Parent Workshop on Wednesday 12th November, from 3:30pm to 4:00pm in the school hall.
This short but informative session will cover:
- What phonics is and how it’s taught at Cogenhoe
- Practical ways you can support your child at home
- Key information about the Year 1 Phonics Screening
To make it easier for you to attend, childcare will be available for any children and siblings who come along with you.
