This 45-minute training session is designed specifically for teachers who are not currently using Monster Phonics, but who want to strengthen their understanding of effective phonics teaching and build confidence in the classroom.
Led by Toni Evans, Head of UK Sales and Development at Monster Phonics and an experienced literacy and phonics lead, the session focuses on practical classroom practice rather than programme-specific detail.
This is not a sales presentation.
It is a supportive, practical training session for teachers who want clarity and confidence in phonics.

Toni Evans
Head of UK Sales and Development, Monster Phonics
Toni is an experienced primary teacher and literacy specialist with over 20 years’ experience teaching across Reception to Year 6.
Her background includes:
- Leading phonics, literacy and reading across multiple schools
- Supporting teachers as a mentor and trainer
- Extensive experience in Early Years and early reading
- A strong focus on practical, classroom-ready phonics teaching
