Scampston Walled Garden is a stunningly beautiful contemporary garden, quite unlike any other. It features modern, perennial meadow planting alongside more traditional areas. The cascade circuit, provides a peaceful area to enjoy a quiet stroll and the park, designed by Capability Brown, provides a beautiful setting and magnificent views.
Working in a small group, you will be guided to key areas of the gardens to make the most of your time there. You will receive advice and support from a qualified teacher with many years experience.
Our sessions are ideal for beginner photographers or those who are new to digital photography. They are a great way to explore a new garden and spend a morning or afternoon with like-minded people, while picking up advice on photography.
We prefer not to do formal teaching and instead we work with people as individuals within the group, so we can cater for different abilities.
We cover a range of areas such as composition, exposure, focus, manual camera settings, aperture and shutter speed.
