Join us for an afternoon workshop exploring mindfulness and wellbeing strategies through photography. You’ll work with an experienced photographer to explore new techniques and ways of looking.
Designed for beginners to the art of photography with DSLR, Mirrorless or Bridge cameras, this workshop is perfect for anyone interested in taking a fresh look at the world, and exploring how we can connect to nature and people around us with photography. You’ll experiment with lighting, composition, mood, and subject - then take your own photos to share and discuss with a group of fellow enthusiasts.
Participants must bring their own DSLR, Mirrorless, or Bridge cameras, at least one fully charged battery and a memory card with a good amount of space on it; this workshop is designed for participants who already have a basic understanding of how to change aperture/shutter speed & ISO - join us to develop further skills.
Please note this workshop is designed for participants 18 and older.
Please note that dependent on weather, this workshop will include a 500m walk over flat ground to the local park. Please consider your mobility. For those with mobility issues, we are offering other on-site photography workshops at our site in Barking.
