Following my career as a life coach, meditation teacher, and passionate photographer, I have decided to combine them together and create something called photography therapy. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, overcoming addictions, PTSD, or just wanting to escape the rat race and enjoy some time in nature, photography therapy is a great activity for everyone. And if you're wondering if you can do this with your phone, the answer is YES. You can definitely do this with your phone camera if you do not own a professional one, and it is equally enjoyable :)
What's included?
Photography therapy is a combination of mindfulness exercises, guided photography walks, wellbeing talks, and Q+A sessions while immersing yourself in nature.
