Description

Come and celebrate the 50th Anniversary (to the day) of the first landing on the Moon, with an evening of entertaining and thought-provoking poetry by two late Cambridge scientists: Rebecca Elson and Peter Howard. Readers: Anne Berkeley and Heather Howard.

You are most welcome to bring a favourite short Moon-inspired poem for the Open Mic part of the evening.

7 for 7:30 pm, admission FREE, donations invited for the Arthur Rank Hospice charity.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The poetry is best enjoyed if you are 15+ , but you don't have to prove your age.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Your name will appear on the Attendance List and will be ticked by the friendly door steward.


What are the restrictions regarding the moon-related poem I am thinking of bringing to the Open Mic?

No more than 14 lines, please. And please sign up early on the night, to secure your slot.
