Physical Activity Referral Learning Exchange

NHS Health Scotland are hosting the fourth in a series of learning and knowledge exchange sessions for those engaged in the development, delivery and governance of Physical Activity Referral in Scotland.

This event will showcase learning from national and local approaches to Physical Activity Referral, exploring the core components of effective practice. In addition, this event will also build on previous learning to develop a national logic model for Physical Activity Referral through which a consistent approach to monitoring and evaluation can be achieved.
