Each module looks at key practical areas you can work on to improve your communication skills. You can do them in any order, but we recommend the order that they are listed above, where possible.

Physical Presence will build your personal presence and increase both your gravitas and your credibility. You will work with one of RADA’s expert tutors to understand how making small shifts in your body can lead to dramatic changes in effective communication. The session looks at a range of situations from meetings to public speaking, working on eye contact to create a truly transactional relationship with audiences.
Vocal Presence works in detail on your voice to help you become a more effective and influential communicator. By starting with the breath, you will learn how to make a more resonant sound that conveys your ideas in a more compelling way. You will find new ways to use your voice to make a stronger impression. The course prepares you to speak to large or small groups in any setting.
First Impressions will enable you to try out various ways of making a strong opening impression by becoming more aware of voice, body, eye contact and space. You will utilise the skills learnt in the first two courses and will learn new techniques through receiving individual feedback and coaching.
Networking is a reality of business, and yet it is something that so many of us feel unsure about. This course gives practical tips to help you approach networking with confidence. You will examine crucial aspects of personal impact when networking, including how to break in and out of conversations. You will be encouraged to plan what you want to achieve from networking opportunities as well as helped to define your 'elevator pitch'.
