Description
A six week beginners Pilates course to work on balance and core strength, in small groups of 4-6 people.
This includes an initial 45 minute physiotherapy assessment prior to the class, to be arranged individually.
Please note that because of the small numbers, in case you are unable to make a session no refund is available.
However, there is the opportunity to arrange 1:1 lessons to make up for the missed session.
