What do I need to bring ?

Bring a mat or a blanket you can fold. A small head cushion or folded towel for your head if you need it when lying down.

Comfortable, layered clothes you can move easily in. You can do the classes with socks on or off. It’s up to you.

Where do I park? ( please also read ‘Further info on parking ‘)

When you approach the chapel on your left hand side,look out for a metal gate on a corner with a post box and bus stop, then head through this gateway into the chapel’s parking area. There’s a footpath sign on this corner - pointing into the parking area. Please also read ‘Further info on parking’

Please keep noise to a minimum when arriving & departing - so as not to disturb anyone living or staying in the on-site accommodation. Thank you! Once you’ve parked-up, head back onto the road and enter enter the chapel through the front door via the small set of steps.
