About this event

Arts • Musical

Brought to you by classical pianist Kaito Mizukoshi and certified Mindfulness Teacher Issie Wan, join us for an immersive, intimate evening of mindfulness and classical piano pieces. Set in a beautiful 19th-century Victorian Church, this sensory experience invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself through music.

You will be guided through a 3-part meditation designed to prime and enhance your senses. This will be followed by a piano performance on a grand Steinway in the acoustic, stained glass window church hall. Allowing each note to settle like a ripple across the mind, we will close with gentle mindful movement, physically embodying the music.
