WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

Warm clothes and most importantly, wellies! It can be very muddy on the farm at this time of year and can get cold.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO VISIT?

Tickets cost £10 per car (so if five people travel in one car they just need a single ticket). Although your tickets are £10, Eventbrite do add on an additional booking fee bringing your ticket to £11.55.
Pumpkins range from £1.50 to £10. You are welcome to buy as many pumpkins as you like.

CAN I PAY BY CARD?

yes, you are welcome to pay for your pumpkins by either card or cash, although we do recommend you do bring some cash if you are looking to purchase from any of our talented stall holders.

DO I NEED TO ARRIVE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION?

No, however your session is 1.5 hours long, so we do advise you turn up promptly to make the most of your time on the patch.

DO YOU HAVE LOTS OF VARIETIES OF PUMPKINS?

Yes, in addition to the traditional orange pumpkins we love at Halloween time for carving, we have also grown white pumpkins, warty ones and small decorative ones - perfect for displaying around the house this Halloween. All the varieties we have are hand planted and edible, also perfect for cooking

DO YOU HAVE A TOILET?

Yes, we will have portaloos at the event.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR A PUSHCHAIR/BUGGY?

Accepted Answer

The ground is grassy and can by bumpy and very muddy. An offroad buggy will be fine but a sling may be a better option.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD BRING?

Accepted Answer

A strong bag (such as heavy-duty shopping bag or Ikea bag) would be useful for carrying your pumpkin(s) to the car.

DO YOU ALLOW DOGS ON SITE?

Unfortunately not, for hygiene reasons as some pumpkins may be purchased for cooking, we have decided not to allow dogs to the patch. This is a family event, and we are aware some young kids can get frightened easily by excitable dogs, so to make sure everyone enjoys their experience, we kindly ask
