Pickleball Stirling – “Get Into Pickleball” Beginners Session
Ever heard the odd-sounding name pickleball and wondered what on earth it is? Think of a fast-moving mix of tennis, badminton and table-tennis that you play on a smaller court with light paddles and a plastic ball. The rallies are quick, the rules are simple, and because the court isn’t huge you don’t need lightning-fast sprinting to enjoy a game. That’s why you’ll see teenagers, parents and even grandparents playing side-by-side—and laughing while they do it.
Why give it a go?
- Fun from the first rally – you can be serving and scoring within minutes.
- Truly for all ages and fitness levels – gentle on the joints, great for hand-eye skills and easy to pick up whether you’re 14 or 74.
- Ultra-social – doubles is the norm, so you’ll meet plenty of new people while you play.
- Accessible – we supply the paddles and balls; just turn up in comfy sports gear and non-marking trainers.
