Pickles and Preserves Tuesday Technique Evening Class

It's the little extras that bring the picnic table to life. We make chutney, ketchups, pickles and preserves to go with your cold cuts and cheeses.
A two-hour cookery demonstration and hands-on class combined which offers a great taste of what the Richard Hughes Cookery School is all about. Focusing on a particular ingredient or technique, this short, intense but thoroughly entertaining evening has it all: information, the chance to learn new skills, the opportunity to watch and then cook, all in the company of like-minded souls! Eat your wares as they're cooked, or pack them up to take home!
