Following on from our fabulous Local Food Works apple chutney workshop in October, Fife chef Christopher Trotter will be returning to host another hands on and informative cooking workshop on Friday 2nd December. This time the celebrated cook will be showing us how to bake two pies: a savoury game pie and a delicious vegetarian pie, perfect food for these cold winter days. The pies will be baked from scratch and those taking part will be making pastry too.
This is a FREE workshop, but places are limited to 12. All those interested in taking part must register through Eventbrite. If attending, please bring along a container with a lid so that you can take home a slice of the freshly baked pies.
No experience necessary. Just come along and have some fun learning how to make fabulous pies using local produce.
