Although "pizza" is a word universally associated with a round shape and topped with several ingredients, in Naples ( Italy) people also use it to refer to some savoury pies filled with different ingredients. These are the pies that we will make during the workshop :

Pie with wild broccoli, sausages and mozzarella cheese.

Pie with ricotta cheese, eggs, ham and salame.

Pie with aubergine, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil leaves.

Suitable for all abilities. Vegetarian and Vegan options available too.
