A two-day quality assurance Bootcamp to help develop a detailed understanding of EIF, how inspections might run, and areas for improvement.
As part of the Provider Improvement Fund (PIF) programme, GMLPF is offering LCR learning providers in scope for an inspection over the coming months a two-day Bootcamp to help them prepare.
This will be especially useful for staff such as curriculum leads, senior trainers, trainers or SLT who have not had the experience of being involved in an inspection.
The bootcamp aims to build a deep, detailed understanding of:
• The EIF
• What Ofsted are looking for
• How staff are likely to be involved in the inspection
The course will also feature a practical walkthrough of the EIF. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on areas of improvement within their organisations. By the end of the two days, participants will be equipped with the knowledge to assist their organisation in achieving success at inspection.
The two-day Bootcamp will be delivered by Alex Miles and Kelly Townend of WYLP Ltd. The Bootcamp is running on two occasions:
- 22nd & 23rd November 2021
