I guide people back to themselves through breath, movement, and mindset. What started as a personal reset turned into a practice I now share with others: a blend of breathwork, Pilates, and creative life coaching designed to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you with your body. Whether we’re on a mat, in a meeting, or tucked in the corner of a coffee shop, this work is about more than just breathing, it’s about finding your rhythm again. Breath by breath. Back to balance.
