Do I need to bring my own mat?

Yes, please bring your own mat if possible. There will be a few mats available to borrow however they will be limited.

Is this session beginner friendly?

Yes! This session will be for all levels as we will be focusing primarily on the relaxation side of pilates.

Do I need to be a National Trust member?

No. This event is ran by Purpose Pilates NI and hosted by the National Trust. Everyone is welcome!
