Pilates in Bushey: Weekly Mat-Based Strength and Mobility Class

Location: St Margaret’s Sports Centre, Bushey (free parking)

I love introducing everyone to Pilates. In our small Pilates classes everyone receives careful observation and support. Alternative-level exercises mean you attend at your fitness level, improving your posture, strength and mobility with no pressure to keep up with others. This is your fitness journey to enjoy with confidence. Sanchia:)

Class Vibe:

Expect a warm, fun, relaxed and inclusive atmosphere in this small class of around 10-11 people on the same fitness journey as you. Open to all genders and fitness levels (beginners to intermediate).

Mat-Based Workouts: Focus on strengthening the core, pelvic floor, joints, posture, and whole-body tone.

Equipment Used: Resistance bands, Pilates balls, and blocks—great for supporting and improving the excercises and providing variety.

The Goal: Pilates is about consistent long term progress, not overnight quick fix transformations. Investing in your long-term physical strength and mobility is important and improves mental wellbeing to.

But of course we all want to look good - So rest assured Pilates improves physical tone and strength. As your posture and core strength improves... so will your self confidence. Time to start loving and appreciating your body!

You can book individual classes in advance, or choose a discounted monthly option. The monthly option covers classes for that specific month only, so cannot be carried over into the next month. Please select the correct ticket option for your needs as tickets are non-refundable or non-transferrable.
