Please note this class isn't suitable for complete beginners and you will need to have taken some Pilates classes before. If you have any queries about your level then please get in my touch.
The 7 week block is £56 (or £48 if you have a full card from the last block). Once you have a full card and book onto the next block you will receive a free class.
Lauren will be in touch following your booking in order to arrange payment either via BACS, cheque or cash. *IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY VIA BACS THEN PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS*
Please bring your yoga mat, wear clothing you feel comfortable to move in, close fitting clothing is preferable so that I can check your alignment and posture and make any adjustments.
If you are new to my classes you are required to fill in and sign a pre-exercise health screening which I will send to you before the block commences. I need this before you can begin your classes. If you have any specific questions then please contact me directly,
