Start and finish your week strong with Pippa Pilates! This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.
What to expect:

Yes! This is a mixed-ability class, so whether you are new to Pilates or more experienced, you will be guided through the class with option to suit your level.
A yoga/pilates mat, comfortable workout clothes and a bottle of water.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts so you have time to settle in.
