Start and finish your week strong with Pippa Pilates! This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.

Mixed ability class – all levels welcome (ages 18+)

Group setting (max 14 people)

Yes! This is a mixed-ability class, so whether you are new to Pilates or more experienced, you will be guided through the class with option to suit your level.

A yoga/pilates mat, comfortable workout clothes and a bottle of water.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts so you have time to settle in.

6. Can I pay by card or cash?

Donations can be made via cash or online payment.

7. Is there an age limit?

No, everyone is welcome! Open to ages 18+

8. Where is the class located?

WTH Community Space, 155 Walworth Road, Elephant & Castle, London SE17 1RS (entrance opposite to Co-Op)

9. Can I attend if I have an injury?

If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please consult your doctor first and let me know before the class so I can offer modifications.

10. What if I can't make it after booking?

If you can't attend, please cancel your booking so someone else can take the spot.

11. Will there be mats available at the venue?

No, please bring your own yoga/pilates mat as there are no mats provided.

12. How long is the class

Each session lasts 45 minutes, from 7.45-8.30 AM (Mondays) or 12.15-1PM (Fridays)

13. Will there be burpees?

No! Just good vibes, mindful movement, and a little core burn (the good kind).
