This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.
What to expect:

✔ Mixed ability class – all levels welcome (ages 18+)
✔ Group setting (max 14 people)
