Get ready to kickstart your week with a Pilates class every Monday morning at WTH Community Space!

Start and finish your week strong with Pippa Pilates! This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.


What to expect:

A dynamic 45-minute Pilates session

Focus on strength, flexibility & posture

A feel-good workout to boost energy & reduce stress

Mixed ability class – all levels welcome (ages 18+)

Group setting (max 14 people)


What to bring:

✔ A Yoga/Pilates mat

✔ Comfortable workout clothes
