Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring a smile, everything will be provided including a large shared mat and instruction. I would reccomend bringing plenty of water however snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

Is there parking near by?

Limited parking spaces are available across from the gym however plenty of parking is available in surrounding areas including 51 Tempest Street, WV2 1AA Wolverhampton, which is said to be £1 all day on a Sunday. However, Please do adequate research as this may change.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! This session is catered to all experience levels, We support beginners by using different progression levels for most moves and more. I recommend discussing any worries or concerns with your instructor during your welcome.
