She brings all of this to her teaching and believes firmly that Pilates is never a one size fits all deal.  With this in mind wherever possible classes will be tailored to meet the needs of the individuals in that class.  Ideally Fiona would like to demystify how the body moves allowing you to build awareness and confidence in your own body.

Karen draws inspiration from the many techniques and disciplines she experienced as a dancer and from her work with the Alexander Technique. This was the beginning of her exploration into good postural alignment and moving in a more naturally balanced way. Karen is a dedicated teacher who is passionate about teaching Pilates to people from all walks of life, helping to keep us strong and flexible and able to enjoy the things we like to do in everyday life.

Cameron Angus

This class takes you through upper body connections creating effective and efficient spine, shoulder blade and arm awareness. You will learn and appreciate through the exercises, how these structures integrate, to allow you to move and use your body effectively.

We will explore the different parts with specific awareness exercises and then integrate flowing movements and postures with the whole body.

An enjoyable and informative class that will open your shoulders, free you upper spine and neck helping you to enjoy healthy upper body movement.

Laura Weaver

Feet should be strong and powerful. The foundation of health,  movement and good body alignment. The human foot is a complex part of the body that’s quite frankly amazing. It contains 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles,  tendons & ligaments. Change your feet...... Change your body.

Karen Hillen

The Pilates Ball is a very versatile piece of equipment, in this class it will help us to increase our range of movement, to activate small under used muscles and to encourage tight tense muscles to let go.
The class will begin with mobilising and stretching exercises to focus the mind and to get the joints moving. As the class progresses, the Soft Ball will create a focus for the
movement, aiding good placement and coordination, and encouraging us to work muscles at a deeper level. The Ball will also add a challenging but fun dimension to this class, enhancing the movement experience.

Fiona Carter

The GYROKINESIS® class begins on the stool with simple self massage releases to awaken the senses followed by gentle spinal movements to mobilise the entire body and prepare you to explore deeper more complex movements that are performed on the mat either sitting, kneeling or lying.    The sequences of movement progress through the class to incorporate all the joints of the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, arms, legs, hands and feet. GYROKINESIS® is very much like a dance with movements flowing fluidly from one to the next and are designed to work the entire body increasing range of motion and creating functional strength and ease of movement leaving you feeling energised,  released and grounded.

Debbie Robbins

Hands on Pilates Self reflective time is important but in this fun session we're going to shake it up a bit!
