Whose’s running the class?

Sandie Ennis is also an osteopath and somatic (mindful) movement coach. She has undertaken extensive Pilates and rehabilitation training and has 19 years of Pilates teaching experience. Sandie has a particular interest in complex multifactorial conditions and chronic pain and divides her time between private osteopathic practice, teaching individual and small group pilates, and also lectures at undergraduate and postgraduate level and devises specialist education and training for health professionals. Please note Sandie is sometimes observed or assisted by health professionals and Pilates undertaking advanced training.

What the people say

" Sandie is a highly skilled and unique Pilates teacher. As a trained osteopath she brings a rare level of true expertise to the world of Pilates. This means that she has a superb understanding of the human anatomy, beyond the norm of any other Pilates teacher and pays careful attention to the needs of individuals to reach their full potential. This is aided by her early training as an artist, and vibrant personality which enable her to visualise and bring to life the inner workings of the body and complexity of Pilates in a way that is clear for students to understand and follow. I always leave her classes with my body and mind feeling invigorated and positive and would highly recommend her classes to others." A, SE21
