Pilates for Runners | Birthday Month Special
Friday 11th October

October is my birthday month, and this year I’m reflecting on two of my greatest passions: running and Pilates. Over the past year, Pilates has been my secret weapon in supporting my running — helping me stay injury-free, build strength, and run faster and further.

I want to share that with you. ✨

This workshop-style class will guide you through my signature 45 minute Pilates flow designed to:
- Sculpt, lengthen & strengthen your muscles
- Build stability & prevent running niggles
- Support endurance and performance — whether you’re chasing a PB or just want to move with more ease

After the session, we’ll enjoy delicious drinks and snacks, and there’ll be space to chat, connect, and ask me anything about Pilates, running, or how to blend the two.

This is about community, support, and leaving you inspired for your own goals. Whether that’s in your Pilates practice, your next race, or simply feeling stronger in daily life.

Logistics

Do I need to bring my own mat and equipment?

  • We will provide mats for everyone

Is there a dress code or recommended attire?

  • Sports leggings or yoga pants, something you're comfortable in.

Are there any refreshments provided?

  • We will offer some refreshments, but please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the morning's session.

What time should I arrive?

  • Please arrive by 15:50pm to be welcomed in.

Is there parking available at the venue?

  • There is on street parking available in the surrounding streets. Check signs for details.

  • If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing medical conditions please let one of the team before the class.
