This specialist course focuses on movement quality and dynamic stability, helping you develop a strong and flexible spine and hips while boosting your movement, confidence, and resilience.
It’s a great bridge between one-on-one sessions and larger group classes, designed for those who might need additional support in their ongoing rehabilitation or in managing chronic back or hip conditions, as well as other joint-related or general health concerns.
Everyone is Welcome! Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience. Just a quick note: you’ll need to be able to get on and off a mat on the floor unaided and have clearance for general exercise.

What to expect
Group mat-based and standing exercises for strength and flexibility.
Classes are small (max 9) to ensure personal attention and by an Osteopath with extensive Pilates and rehabilitation experience.
You will be taught safe and effective Pilates exercises to improve movement and strength. There will be a focus on movement skills and strategies you can take into your everyday life.
What to bring and wear?
- Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes; track bottoms/leggings and a T-shirt are fine (men, no shorts without cycling shorts underneath). Trousers/shorts with fitted waistbands are unsuitable for pilates classes as they make it difficult to move without restriction.
- Mats and all equipment are provided
- Please bring a small towel and wear clean socks.
