Small class size (12 max).

For your safety you will be asked to fill in a registration form.

What you will need:

  • A mat
  • A small head cushion or a folded towel
  • Optional: an exercise band or a scarf
  • Optional: blocks or thick books to sit on if sitting upright on the mat is uncomfortable for you
  • Enough room to move
