WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT

This class is running on weekly basis, except holidays.

NOTE: The last class of term is 05th July 2022. Then we stop for the summer and resume in September.

Following the successful weekly class run from January 2011 (yes that's over 10 years!) at a community centre, we've moved online over two yrs ago.

It’s like a 'normal class but without leaving the house!. Whether you've done Pilates before or this is your 1st time, we welcome participants of all ages, levels and ability.

Our session are streamed via Zoom, which is a Free Video Conferencing app so that you can see the Instructor and the other participants.. just like a regular class.

You will receive an email reminder with login details 2-3 hours before the class if you've previously attended and/or have a Ticket. Your email is kept confidential and will be added to a mailing list based on where in the world you are located.

Please ensure you have volume enabled on your device so that you can hear the session.

To participate in the class all you need is a mat or towel. An exercise block and blanket or cushion optional. I’d also recommend a bottle of water to keep yourselves hydrated.
