Description

Pilates is a form of body conditioning that focuses on spinal and pelvic alignment. It also encourages breathing control, co-ordination and balance. A great way to improve your core and relieve stress.

This opportunity to attend a one hour Pilates class is available only to the students of the University of York, who are not registered members of York Sport. The class provides an opportunity to boost your physical and mental health in a fun and supportive environment.

The class is free of charge and is funded via a donation made to the Healthy Body Healthy Mind programme. University of York students are welcome to book on one class or as many as you like of the 5 classes taking place throughout November. Please be aware that prior booking is essntial and dependent on availability, with 25 places available for each class.
