What do I need to bring?

Bring your mat, water bottle and an open mind! Class will happen on the grass, so if you'd like to bring an extra towel and/or cushion to sit on for your comfort, please do.

Wear comfortable exercise clothes. Socks recommended, as you will be taking your shoes off for the class. Please bear in mind that class will happen outside, so bring as many layers as you need to take the chill off before & after working your muscles.

Can I join if I've never done Pilates before?

Of course, we'd love to have you! The class vibe will be very relaxed, making it the perfect setting if you've never done Pilates before and have the itch to try. Every exercise taught will have variations for all levels, from total beginner to seasoned Pilates-goers. We'll meet you where you're at.
