About TNMP

The Nomad Medics Project (TNMP) is a medical nonprofit delivering life-saving healthcare in crisis zones. We believe healthcare is a right - not a privilege.

In war, conflict, and disaster, we focus on what others often overlook: primary care, nutrition, housing, and education. We go where we’re needed, tackling root causes and building long-term community resilience.

The Lifeline Nourish Programme

We support mothers and children with local, sustainable solutions:

  • Relactation and breastfeeding education
  • Emergency homemade weaning meals
  • Hygiene and rehydration tools
  • On-the-ground screening and early treatment
  • Support for pregnant women, babies, and toddlers We work through a coalition of local medics and international support teams in central Gaza, reaching families before crisis becomes catastrophe.
