One-to-One, One-to-Two private sessions at the comfort of your own home or my place!

Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system that can be practised by anyone regardless of age, body
shape and level of ability and fitness. It improves strength, flexibility and balance.
Back pain is the leading cause of long-term sickness, bad posture and stress are two of the main causes of back pain, both of which are often an indicative part of office life.
