PILATES POWER
Increase your body strength with Pilates Power. This class applies strength and conditioning principles to Pilates bodyweight exercises which will be challenging and fun. Learn to use your body efficiently to increase your mobility and function.
THE TEACHER
Veronica Lee is a chartered Physiotherapist, she has been teaching Pilates in the clinical and non-clinical population for over 17 years. She has an in depth knowledge of human anatomy and specialist understanding of movement. This has given her a unique perspective in teaching, which empowers each individual to explore and master their own movement and agility.
