After another great class last month, we invite you to join our brilliant George Delius again, as he guides us through this wonderful hour of core strengthening, muscle lengthening Pilates positions that are designed to leave you balanced and centered.

We are about to all get back into Gyms, start being more social and move out of the stagnancy of the year that was, so join George as he guides through the ITEGRATION of our body towards life of unlock-down.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
