Overview
Pilates at the Hub
Join us for a calming, low-impact session designed to strengthen your body and support your overall wellbeing. Pilates focuses on slow, precise movements that lengthen and stretch the muscles while building abdominal strength, improving posture, and enhancing balance. Breath control is used throughout to help you move with ease and get the most from each exercise.
This class is suitable for a wide range of abilities. You’ll be guided through a series of movements that encourage steady progress, helping you develop trust in your body’s abilities and improve your physical confidence over time.
Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.

This session is for ages 18+ only.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.

If you live in Rushcliffe, please purchase a General Admission ticket; if you’re outside Rushcliffe, select the Out of Area option. All bookings are non-refundable.
