A small Pilates class specially tailored for gentle exercise and ideal for beginners or returners to exercise who need to relax
Gentle and fun exercise to improve your core strength, posture and relaxation.
Taster session - Friday 19th May 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm
What you will learn
Basic Pilates moves to build core strength. Exercises will help to improve your posture. Practice breathing techniques and relaxation.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners very welcome.
All equipment will be provided but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.
Cathy Norris - OCR level 3 Pilates
Cathy is an experienced instructor who wants to share her passion for Pilates so everyone can feel stronger and more confident with their own body. She teaches in adult education, community settings and in commercial gyms.
