Pilates workshop being held in a lovely studio at Wickwoods country club albourne West Sussex.
Pilates improves flexibility,builds strentgh and develops control and endurance in the entire body.It puts emphasis on alignment,breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
This 2hr and 30 min workshop is suitable for beginner to advanced level focusing on the principles and fundamentals of Pilates a complete mind and body experiance.
