PIN Summer Network Event

You are invited to join us at our Summer Network Event. We will be hosted by Ciptex in Manchester. This is the Monday before CIH Manchester, so a great opportunity to meet colleagues before the event kicks off on Monday evening/ Tuesday morning .

We are at the Hilton on Deansgate, a networking lunch will be served from 12.30, and presentations will start at 2.00pm. The event will conclude at 4.30pm.

Contact centres play a really important role in linking the tenant to the wider asset teams, but how well do you understand them and how the technology has progressed to support you in delivering the service?

We will be focusing our session on becoming an educated client in the world of contact centres from omnichannel (what it is and how it can help reduce repairs costs) through to technology to move more of your service to a proactive service, where you can inform you tenant of a problem before they know themselves. And a whole lot more.

All that data in a CRM Solution – what can we do with it to improve our efficiency?
What the latest communication technology can do to help with maintenance and repair?

What is the impact of changing regulatory compliance (Tenant Satisfaction Measures) on our organisation.
