PINCER Action Learning Set 3 - for East Midlands and West Midlands AHSNs only

The aim of the course is to:

• reflect - review process and progress so far and share experiences from feedback sessions
• recap PINCER indicators
• dealing with resistance to change and participation
• comparative analysis
• embedding PINCER 

Before attending this training session you should already have:

1. Completed Action Learning Sets 1 and 2. Please leave at least 6 weeks between ALS2 and ALS3 live sessions as this will give you time to complete the following pre-requisite actions.

2. Reviewed and analysed your baseline/initial practice results and presented the results back (feedback) at a practice meeting

3. Undertaken root cause analysis to determine the true causes that can be addressed

4. Worked (as a team) to create a challenging but achievable action plan

5. Undertaken the recommended prior reading for Action Learning Set 3
