Pinhole cameras (age 13–15)
Thu 13 April 2017, 11:00 – 15:00 BST
Learn how to build your own pinhole camera and use it to produce black and white images in our dark room. As well as finding out the chemistry of how photographic images are formed and developing their own pics students will understand the simple optics of image formation. The workshop will also show how this retro technology links directly to digital images and could spark a lifelong interest in photography.
This workshop will include a 30 minute unsupervised lunch break.
