When making your booking, please add all tickets for your group under the same booking (ie, if you're planning to attend with a friend, please book both tickets under 1 booking). This is important so that the space can be set up in accordance with social distancing.
In the beautiful setting of Noodlehaus, will be making some of my favourite kinds of dumplings - jiaozi & bao. We will make everything from scratch – from preparing two types of dough, learning to balance the filling to your taste and practicing different kinds of pleating. I will be on hand to walk you through every step.
I will provide everything you will need for these workshops, including aprons and refreshments. You will learn everything you need to recreate these recipes in your own home – with confidence!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the workshop recipes, I am unable to accommodate wheat or gluten allergies and sensitivities. Please let me know upon booking if you aren't happy to have your photograph taken - photographers are sometimes present at my events.
